  • Grill Shipping – Delivered to your door! While competitors make you unload your heavy grill off of the freight truck, we deliver to your door…FREE! Look closely at our competitors shipping policies, and compare them to ours. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks transit time from the day you order for delivery, as most grills ship via truckline. PLEASE NOTE: Some grills may occasionally require minimal additional lead–times during summer, as they are in full production, yet on a brief back–order status due to high demand.   • Smokers – Please allow 2 to 4 weeks transit time from the day you order for delivery. Smokers ship via Fed Ex Ground or Common Carrier, depending upon size and weight. PLEASE NOTE: Some grills may occasionally require minimal additional lead–times during summer, as they are in full production, yet on a brief back–order status due to high demand.   • Big Green Eggs – These ceramic cookers are very fragile and require special packing and freight handling. In the rare, but possible, event that your Big Green Egg arrives damaged, please refuse it and report the damage to us as soon as possible. We will send a replacement Big Green Egg at no additional charge to you.Thank you for your patience with this product – but it's worth the wait!
  • BBQ Sauce & Accessories Shipping Allow 1 to 3 weeks delivery time on sauce
    and accessories orders. Merchandise is shipped via Federal Express Ground, UPS Ground or United States Postal Service.
Payment
All orders must be pre–paid prior to shipment from our facility. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DINERS CLUB. We gladly accept checks through the mail, please call 1–800–814–6815 to make arrangements. Because many of our products are special order, your credit card will be charged at the time that you place your order. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, feel free to contact us.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Warranty on any and all new merchandise sold on the website AmericasBestBBQ.com are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers for the period specified.

  • Refunds will only be given on damaged merchandise and only when a replacement is unavailable, and only after customer has first contacted America's Best Barbecue, Inc. to obtain a return authorization approval (RA) within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. Authorized returns to America's Best Barbecue, Inc. for any reason other than damage, will be issued as a full refund in the form of an in–store credit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling charges on all non–damaged items.
  • If an item is damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping, and we will get the correct item to you at no extra cost.
  • All non–authorized returns or packages not indicating a valid return authorization number on the package will be rejected. Packages containing returns must have the return authorization number clearly written on the package. Please call us first to make arrangements.
  • America's Best Barbecue, Inc. will do everything possible to insure your satisfaction with the service and products purchased on our website.
  • We will do our best help with any and all inquiries concerning our services and products.
Rejected Deliveries and Shipments
All rejected shipments or deliveries will be subject to a 15% restocking fee for the product, and the actual shipping charges incurred by America's Best Barbecue, Inc. (charges incurred in shipping the product to you and back to us) will also be deducted from your in–store credit. This policy applies to all products, including items that are featured with free shipping promotions.

Damaged Deliveries
If your shipment arrives damaged, refuse delivery and call us. In this rare event, we will ship a replacement unit at no additional cost to you and we will be responsible for all freight claims. If you cancel your order due to a damaged shipment, and you do not allow us to ship a replacement to you at no additional cost, we will file the freight claim on your behalf and credit your account once we receive reimbursement from the freight company. This process typically takes 45–60 days.

Cancelled Orders
All orders that are cancelled prior to shipment will be subject to a 3% cancellation fee. Orders cancelled after shipment will be subject to the policies listed above.
